“Dumpling in Oil” Festival

Each country has its own unique culinary brand. Our is dumpling!

That’s why participants of this festival have the opportunity to experience the celebration of this authentic dish. You will be offered dumplings with pork rinds, onion, potato, liver, sour cherry, heavy cream and hundreds of other fillings!

“Dumpling in Oil” festival –  is an interactive and entertaining competition which is loved by thousands of vacationers of the Bukovel resort.

• Master Class of learning the Hutsul dance «Arkan»
• Musical accompaniment of an ethnic band
• Tasting of different Hutsul dishes (dumplings, lard, pickles and others)
• Tasting of various Carpathian beverages (tinctures made of Carpathian roots, mulled wine, beer and others)

Ukrainian Disco and Award Ceremony are waiting for each participant at the end of the celebration.
