Hiking is a fun and healthy activity, yet first and foremost, please make sure that you don’t have any cardiovascular disease, problems with blood pressure, varicose or other similar diseases. However, if you consider yourself to be healthy, then the main thing you need in order to climb the mountain is your desire.

Tourism – is a team play recreational event, please make sure that you stay inline with all of the tourists while hiking. Prior to going hiking you would need to make sure that you have the necessary physical training in order to keep up with the rest of the hikers. Don’t be shy to ask the guide to slow down if the pace is too fast.

Make sure you don’t take too many items with you while hiking. You should wear sport clothes that is comfortable. Take into account that the temperature at the mountain top is usually lower than at the bottom. It may rain in the mountains during summer thus you should have a raincoat handy (which you can buy at the «Sport i Veseloschi» store and at the ТК «Bukovel»)

It is also necessary that you have some type of headwear that will keep you warm during chilli weather and keep you cool during hot seasons. As for the shoes, it’s best to take hiking boots (footwear that has a vibro protection) or comfortable sneakers, but not with a thick sole. It’s absolutely unacceptable that you would take flip flops, sandals, or similar footwear.
